Students learn how to track down stories, film interviews, light subjects, and produce films that capture emotion through human-interest stories. Film projects include commercials, public service announcements, and news stories. |

Advanced Television | Advanced Television continues the study of broadcast journalism, focusing specifically on production. Students direct and produce two newscasts by managing story ideas, assigning news stories, organizing film shoots, overseeing the editing process, and managing the production schedule. |
